  • 2,5 g pepper
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 g shallot

  • 360 g minced meat mix

  • 1.8 g bacon flavor

  • 2.5 g salt

1️⃣ Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth.

2️⃣ Form the mixture into a firm burger.

3️⃣ Fry the burger in a hot pan with a little vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy.
