- 1 kg pure ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 20 g grain mostard
- 2,5 g pepper
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g shallot
For the bacon flavor:
360 g minced meat mix
1.8 g bacon flavor
- 2.5 g salt

Directions
1️⃣ Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth.2️⃣ Form the mixture into a firm burger.
3️⃣ Fry the burger in a hot pan with a little vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy.
